Art & Exhibition
Sponsored by The Arts Council Of England and Hackney Council, this exhibition is by artist Ling Tan - shown at Hackney Service Centre, Gainsborough Primary School & a live dining installation at Hackney Town Hall with a low carbon Sweet & Sour Cauliflower recipe also by me - what I loved most was to work with directing and photographing the primary school children who made some of the recipes.
